PRE-REGISTRATION

Acknowledgment of Risk
I understand that participating in a motorcycle ride involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, collisions, falls, injuries, and
even death. I acknowledge that these risks may result from my own actions or the actions of others.

Release and Waiver of Liability
In consideration of my participation in the public motorcycle ride, I agree to release and hold harmless this event (Andrew Ray Veterans
Memorial Ride), its affiliates, officers, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and other participants from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, costs, or expenses that I or my representatives may incur due to my participation in the event.

Assumption of Responsibility
I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my safety and the safety of others while participating in the event. I will comply with all
applicable laws, traffic rules, and event guidelines. I understand that the use of a helmet and other safety gear is recommended, and I accept full responsibility for my personal safety.

Consent to Medical Treatment
In the event of an emergency, I consent to medical treatment and transportation to a medical facility deemed necessary by the event organizers or emergency personnel. I agree to be responsible for all medical expenses and release the event organizers from any liability regarding such medical treatment or transportation.

Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless this event (Andrew Ray Veterans Memorial Ride), its affiliates, officers, agents, volunteers, and sponsors from any claims, lawsuits, or damages arising from my participation in the event.

Agreement
By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understand this waiver, am at least 18 years of age, and I voluntarily agree to its terms. I
understand that this waiver constitutes a legal agreement, and I am fully aware of its consequences.
